Snowmass Preliminary Agenda
----------------------------
   The GEM Snowmass meeting will begin Sunday morning, June 28 and last
until Thursday evening, July 2. It consists of 2 parts: a working 
meeting of the on-going Boundary Layer Campaign and a planning meeting 
for the proposed Tail and Substorm Campaign. Below are the very 
preliminary agendas for these two parts of the meeting. For further
details and the latest update on these plans contact T. Rosenberg 
and J. Hughes respectively.
