NEW VERSION OF THE NATIONAL SPACE WEATHER PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION PLAN

Dear Colleague:

The updated version of the National Space Weather Program Implementation
Plan is (at long last) available.  This is still a draft, but I expect
we will make the final changes within two weeks.  The new version is at

The NSWP has benefitted greatly from the community comments we gathered
since the last AGU meeting in December and, on behalf of all the 
agencies, I wish to thank you for your input and patience. 

I would also like to emphasize that the Implementation Plan is a 
"living" document -- with the community's help, we plan to revise 
and update it annually.  The success of the NSWP is a direct result
of all the support from the community and we welcome your comments 
at any time.
