  A homepage for the meeting has been placed at:

  Here the updated agenda and other information about the meeting 
  can be found.

  PRELIMINARY LIST OF PARTICIPANTS

  No registration is needed as such. However, a preliminary list of
  participants have been compiled (based on the response to the 
  first announcement in the AGU_SPA electronic Newsletter).  
  So potential participants are strongly encouraged to contact one of 
  the organizers if they wish to be kept informed of the meeting details 
  by email and have influence on the final programme of the meeting.  

  LOCATION

  SRI and  University of California, Berkeley have both kindly agreed 
  to make a room available.  The possibility to have a room with AGU
  in San Francisco and to find the small amount of funding needed for
  this is being investigated.
