The GEM Substorm Challenge: Call for Papers for Publication in JGR-Space Physics

At the 1999 GEM Snowmass meeting the GEM Substorm Challenge working 
group decided that forthcoming papers resulting from this study should 
be published as a collection in JGR-Space. The JGR-Space editor, Janet 
Luhmann, has agreed to publish the GEM Substorm Challenge papers as a 
collection. The deadline for submission is December 1, 1999. Please 
indicate in your submission letter that the paper should be part of this
collection. We also ask contributors to send the the working group 
chairs a short notice of intent and a copy of the submitted paper.
