Presentation Facilities for the GEM Snowmass Workshop
-----------------------------------------------------
From: John Freeman <freeman at alfven.rice.edu>

The standard oral presentation facilities available will be:

Cabaret Room - Dual overhead projectors and screens, a computer projector
(bring your own computer), and a VHS/VCR player and monitor. There will be
an Internet connection at the stage for live demos - but BYOComputer.

Breakout rooms - Single overhead projector and screen.

(I plan to share the one computer projector between breakout sessions after
the plenary session. An extra projector would be handy if anyone can bring
one.)

The standard poster presentation facilities will be:

4x8 poster boards (bring your own push pins). Extra power cords/outlets
will be available for computers and one phone line is on order as a
requested by one person. Several tables have also been ordered.

******* If you have special needs beyond these arrangements please notify
me on or before Tuesday June 13th. ********

As before, there will be two e-mail computers near the registration desk.

John Freeman (freeman at rice.edu)

See you in Snowmass!
