Ionospheric Research Position at the Air Force Research Laboratory

The Air Force Research Laboratory at Hanscom AF Base, close to Boston, MA,
has an opening in Ionospheric Physics.  The project will involve modeling
and forecasting studies of the equatorial ionosphere and of ionosphere/ thermosphere/magnetosphere interactions for space weather applications.  
The applicant will be expected to analyze satellite data including the Communication/ Navigation Outage Forecast System (C/NOFS), DMSP, and 
other satellites, as well as ground-based ionospheric sensors data, for 
studies of the Earth Ionosphere.
