*************************** ** THE GEM MESSENGER ** *************************** Volume 15, Number 1 January 6, 2005 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- GEM Global Interaction (GI) Campaign News -------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: David Sibeck Notes from the Global Interactions (GI) Campaign session at the Fall AGU mini-GEM meeting have been posted at http://spacibm.rice.edu/~gem/gem2004ms/gem2004mws.html. Most of the events mentioned in these notes will continue to be topics for discussion at the forthcoming GEM meeting this summer. We are also interested in initiating some new topics. Some suggested topics can be found in the campaign plans at http://spacibm.rice.edu/~gem/. We welcome expressions of interest for these or other related topics. An ideal response would identify an interesting event (or events) for study and indicate the willingness of both data analysts and modellers to work together on understanding the event. We would be happy to work together with interested parties in putting the relevant observations and model results on line to promote discussion prior to and at the Santa Fe GEM meeting. +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+ |To subscribe GEM Messengers, send an e-mail to | | with the following command in the body of your e-mail message: | | subscribe gem | |To remove yourself from the mailing list, the command is: | | unsubscribe gem | | | |To broadcast a message to the GEM community, please contact Peter Chi at | | | |Please use plain text as the format of your submission. | | | |URL of GEM Home Page: http://www-ssc.igpp.ucla.edu/gem/Welcome.html | |Workshop Information: http://gem.rice.edu/~gem | +-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
