This session is focused on plasmaspheric modeling results for the IM/S storms. The plasmaspheric modeling results sought of course include modeling where the plasmasphere is coupled to the ionosphere, ring current or radiation belts. Information about the storms and the IM/S assessment challenge can be found at http://csem.engin.umich.edu/GEM_IMS/. Measurements in support of model-data comparisons for the challenge storms can be found at ftp://ftp.nsstc.org/GEM.
