The deadline for nominations is April 15, 2014! However, if you are running close to the deadline please talk to one of the two appropriate chairs below that can help you submit your nominationc anyway. - The international Basu Award honors young scientists from developing nations who made outstanding contributions to research in Sun-Earth Systems Science that further the understanding of both plasma physical processes, and their applications for the benefit of society. Special consideration is given to candidates who have overcome obstacles in attaining their research objectives.
