The preparation for the Virtual GEM (VGEM) 2020 Workshop is underway. The meeting will be held via Zoom telecommunications from July 21 to July 23 (11 am - 7 pm EST) and the student day will occur on Monday, July 20. We will try to maintain as much as possible the format of GEM, including plenary sessions in the morning, Focus Group (FG) breakout sessions in the afternoon, and poster sessions in the evening. Every session will have a host and two moderators. There will be no registration fee, however participants will have to register in order to join the VGEM sessions. The University of New Hampshire (UNH) will provide full-time assistance by hosting a separate Zoom room for any IT issue, as well as recording the plenary and breakout sessions.
